The Marketing Toolbox in association with the Orientation Partnership runs an ongoing research programme that examines the strategies and tactics of successful entrepreneurs.

The output of this work is then structured into six seminars which are designed to provide information that enables you to address your business problems with greater insight and confidence.

The programme was initiated following months of discussion with business owners and managers in which it became clear that they saw making effective business decisions was increasingly difficult in an
environment where change is constant, competition is often national if not global and the Internet is creating markets that are increasingly price driven.

Many business owners and managers also expressed the view that they felt very much on their own when it came to making decisions. They found that the traditional business support organisations, though offering good quality information, were unable to provide the personal relationship and understand that owners and managers really needed when making decisions. Our Entrepreneur Programme picks up on this issue and at the seminars owners and managers are encouraged to put
forward their issues. If requested individual one-to-one sessions can be arranged.

Our Programme also offers a mentoring service which is telephone based so that owners and managers can make contact with us to discuss a business problem that they may have raised at a seminar, have taken action on and now requires further consideration.
