Session 6: Building an Entrepreneurial Business

Focus: This is a practical session designed to use the information learned from the previous five seminar sessions to build an entrepreneurial business based on a case study presented on the day.  

Each attendee will be given a senior management role within the company and will therefore be responsible for this area and how it responds to information presented in the case study.
                  

Course Contents:

• The group will be asked to agree how the company is to be managed
• How the company should be structured
• What measurements should be put in place
• What changes need to be made to the current company strategy
• How the strategy will be implemented
• A range of market results will be presented to the management team throughout the day which they will need to incorporate within their strategy
